It all started about ten years ago when my trainer casually asked if my car was messy. But it was what he said next that hit me hard: Clutter is a symptom of another problem. You can’t organize clutter—you have to get rid of it. That moment made me stop and think: What was I holding onto that was holding me back?

Now, as a mom, I’ve learned that simplicity is a gift I want to pass on to my family. It’s a lifestyle creating space for more meaningful moments, wellness, and joy. This mindset drives everything I do, from living with intention to writing stories that inspire others.
