If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re feeling a little (or a lot) overwhelmed. You might be:

  • Constantly cleaning, but never feeling organized
  • Overwhelmed by clutter but don’t know where to start
  • Spending too much time searching for things you just had in your hand
  • Feeling mentally drained from the chaos of daily life
  • Juggling too much and struggling to find balance
  • Struggling to balance work, family, and personal time
  • Feeling sluggish, tired, or overweight (weighed down)—like you’re carrying more than just physical clutter.
  • Noticing your body feeling heavy, and wondering how to feel lighter, more energized, and in control.
  • Eating the wrong foods means never being able to lose weight.
  • Wishing for more peace, clarity, and control in your life
  • Wondering how to simplify life without giving up everything you love

Welcome—You’re in the Right Place.

I get it. A few years ago, I realized my life was filled with too much—too much stuff, too much stress, too many distractions pulling me in every direction. I was always searching—not just for my car keys (though that too), but for clarity, energy, and a sense of control.

And honestly? I was carrying that weight in more ways than one. My space was cluttered, my schedule was packed, and my body felt just as sluggish and drained as my mind.

That’s when I discovered that minimalism isn’t just about decluttering your home—it’s about decluttering your mind, habits, and life. And when you do that? Everything starts to shift. Less stress. More time. Better health. A clearer mind.

That’s what Mental Style Project is all about. Let’s work through it together.

Why Do We Feel Overwhelmed?

Many of us struggle with clutter—both in our homes and in our minds—because of:

🚩 Too much stuff, not enough space – You don’t need more storage bins; you need fewer things.
🚩 Decision fatigue – Every item, commitment, and habit requires energy. The more you have, the harder it is to focus.
🚩 Unrealistic expectations – Trying to “do it all” leads to burnout. Less really is more. 🚩Emotional attachments – We hold onto things, waiting for some day to get here or out of guilt, even when they don’t serve us.
🚩 Digital and mental clutter – A cluttered phone, inbox, or to-do list can be just as overwhelming as a messy room. 🚩 Neglecting our bodies – carrying too much physically and mentally makes everything feel harder. When you fuel your body with real food, move in ways that feel good, and prioritize rest, everything feels lighter.

However, recognizing what’s weighing you down is the first step to creating real change.
