  • ¼  cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼  cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½  teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 4-5 slices chopped bacon

For garnish:

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4-5 slices chopped bacon
  • 2 green onions, chopped

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, soy sauce, oregano, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread the meat mixture evenly in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a separate bowl, add boiled potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, butter, milk, sour cream, salt, white pepper, chopped green onion, and chopped bacon. Mix until well combined.
