How to Manifest Forgiveness in 5 Simple Steps

Wondering if you can manifest forgiveness with the Law of Attraction? The answer is YES.

According to the Law of Attraction (LOA), like attracts like.

This is a universal law that is always in force. Without exception, this law will apply to forgiveness.

Forgiveness is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, whether it is forgiveness of others or forgiveness of yourself.

It frees you from your past, brings you inner peace, and allows you to move forward in life, freeing you from all the negative emotions that were holding you back.

Continue reading to find out how to manifest forgiveness in 5 simple steps.

Step 1: Get Clear on What You Want.

The first step in manifesting forgiveness is to become crystal clear on what you want and why you want it.

Forgiveness is one of the most valuable qualities a person can possess. To do so, you must have a brave and healed heart.

Journaling about it is one of the most effective ways to clear your mind from all the details of your desire.

Make a list of everything you want to happen and write it down on paper.

If you want to manifest forgiveness from others, write about what you did, how sorry you feel about it, and how you’re going to make it better.

Include as many details as possible.

Step 2: Visualize the Act.

The second step in manifesting forgiveness is to visualize it happening.

Visualization is a powerful tool for helping you make better decisions and focus your energy.

For this practice, find a quiet place where you’ll be free of any distractions.

Take a seat, close your eyes and begin by taking a few deep breaths.

Create a mental picture of your desire and visualize how good it makes you feel. Then, feel those feelings that you wrote down in step one.

Mentally rehearsing these scenarios helps to create pathways in the brain that will aid in their completion.

It is critical to practice visualization regularly, preferably daily, in order to be effective.

Don’t just think about what you want; imagine how it feels, sounds, and smells.

This will result in a more authentic experience, which will result in better results!

Step 3: Acknowledge your Limiting Beliefs.

The third step is to become conscious of any limiting beliefs that are blocking your ability to manifest.

The human mind is the most powerful thing in the universe. It is what motivates our thoughts, feelings, and actions.

However, it has a tendency to limit us when we have self-limiting beliefs that prevent us from achieving our goals or doing what we want with our lives.

Some common self-limiting beliefs when trying to manifest forgiveness are:

  • He/she won’t forgive me.
  • I did a terrible thing.
  • I wouldn’t forgive myself if I were in his shoes!
  • I’m a horrible person.

Manifesting becomes impossible as soon as you begin to doubt yourself and believe it is not possible.

Recognizing limiting beliefs is the first step toward overcoming them.

By witnessing them, you will be able to recognize that they are false and take steps to remove them from your life.

Step 4: Recite Affirmations.

The fourth step in manifesting forgiveness is to repeat affirmations.

Affirmations are positive statements that reprogram the subconscious mind to think and believe in a specific manner.

This process is so powerful and effective that it has the ability to reshape one’s reality.

While forgiving might be an extremely difficult process, it becomes easier through positive affirmations for forgiveness.

  1. I am open to healing from within.
  2. I forgive myself.
  3. I am kind to myself.
  4. I let go of self-criticism.
  5. He/she will forgive me, I can feel it!
  6. I learn from my mistakes and grow.
  7. I am forgiven.
  8. I accept forgiveness.

If you’re new to the whole concept of affirmations, I’ve written a complete how-to guide on affirmations, where I outlined the importance of repetition!

In general, you can repeat these affirmations as you do your chores, start your day, or go to bed.

It’s important to remember that affirmations work best when you truly believe what you’re saying. They should not be recited just for the sake of saying them.

Step 5: Let Go and Allow.

The last and most important step in manifesting forgiveness is to simply let go and let the Universe handle the rest.

Don’t worry about when, how, or where it will actually happen. Let go of the timeline and believe that you deserve forgiveness.

Letting go is difficult because I would often tell myself, “I need to let go in order to manifest something,” but I would still focus on whether I was letting go or not lol.

It came across as forced.

You must truly let go, to feel as if you are “giving up” on the idea of having your desire. When you truly want your desire to happen quickly, this is quite difficult to achieve.

The key is to do something else. Your mind cannot think about two things at the same time.

Redirect your attention to an action, a task, or something that requires you to think, and you won’t be able to focus on your manifestation and you will let it go effortlessly.

It’s easy to hold onto anger and resentment, but how does that do you any good? Forgiveness is a powerful tool for personal healing.

It’s also important in terms of moving forward with your life.

Having said that, you now have all of the information you need to manifest forgiveness from yourself, or someone else.

You must ask, believe, and then let go of the outcome in the same way that you would any other desire you wish to manifest.

Happy manifesting!
