The Raven Method is one of the most popular reality-shifting methods, and for good reason.

The Raven Method for Shifting

The Raven method is a straightforward shifting method.

You basically lie down on your back in a starfish position and begin counting to a hundred while saying affirmations like “I am shifting,” “I will shift,” and so on.

My success tip here is to try the Raven method when you are extremely tired. You can do this by practicing yoga or meditating, as explained in the steps below.

Let’s get started.

Step 1: Write a Shifting Script.

The first step toward using the raven method for shifting realities is to write a shifting script.

You don’t have to have one, but I strongly advise you to have one just to be safe.

Writing a script can be a challenge, but it’s also a great way to flex your creative muscles. If you’re interested in writing a shifting script, you should read this article.

It is not necessary to write a script to shift to your desired reality. Many people have done this without having to write a script.

However, if you’re having difficulty with shifting realities, or it’s your first time trying it, having a script can be extremely beneficial.

Make sure it specifies how you intend to return to your current reality.

Step 2: Meditate for 5-10 Minutes.

meditate

The second step on how to use the raven shifting method is to meditate for 5-10 minutes.

Before laying down to try any method, I recommend meditating to clear your mind.

Meditating is extremely beneficial when it comes to shifting because it raises your vibration, calms you down, and clears your mind, allowing you to shift successfully.

For the Raven method, you should be a little tired, so meditate for 10 minutes, relax, and get ready.

If you’re having trouble meditating, here is a great guided meditation for the raven method I found on YouTube.

Step 3: Lay in a Starfish Position While Listening to Subliminals.

After you’ve calmed your body and mind, it’s time to move on to the third step.

Go somewhere where you won’t be distracted, such as laying on your bed with your door closed. Stay calm and positive.

Here, you lie in bed in a starfish position, making sure your limbs don’t touch, listening to some subliminals.

Here is a specific subliminal on the raven method I found on YouTube.

Make sure you’re comfortable in this position because it’s very important not to move from it.

Step 4: Start Counting from 1-100.

When you’re ready, start counting from 1 to 100 in your head very slowly, saying positive shifting affirmations like “I am shifting” “shifting is easy” “I am home” “I have shifted” in between each number.

While counting, try to imagine your desired reality, where you’ll wake up, what your room will look like when you wake up, where you are, how it smells, the weather, how you look, what you hear, and so on.

Focus on the high vibrational energy that this brings you once you have a strong mental image of your desired reality.

Feel how good it makes you feel.

This is the type of energy you want to be surrounded by while shifting.

It’s fine if your thoughts wander; simply catch yourself and refocus your thoughts on your desired reality.

Also, it’s fine if you feel tingly and your arms and legs go numb because you want your consciousness to be awake while your body sleeps.

The tingling and itching sensation is your brain determining whether you are still awake or asleep due to your lack of movement.

Step 5: Recite Affirmations until You’re in your Desired Reality.

The final step on how to use the raven method is to recite affirmations until you’re in your desired reality.

Once you’ve reached 100, try to fall asleep while repeating affirmations to yourself, thinking about your desired reality, without moving or opening your eyes.

For example: “I am in my desired reality, I have shifted to my desired reality, and I am finally in my desired reality.”

If you feel like you’re not ready when you reach 100, you can count backward from 100 to 1 and repeat everything.

Now, you should “open your eyes” when you notice that your environment is changing.

Hopefully, if you did everything correctly, you should be in your Desired Reality!

Congratulations!

With that being said, this is everything you need to know about the Raven method for shifting.

You have to write a script, meditate, lie in a starfish position while listening to subliminals, count to 100, and recite affirmations until you’re in your desired reality.

If you don’t believe you can do it, you won’t. It all depends on how much you believe.
